Not content with building a great piece of software to manage ezines & autoresponders, the guys at iContact have also demonstrated a masterful example of great customer service.
Having posted my review yesterday, I received an email from their Corporate Communications Director – Chuck – thanking me for the review and asking for my mailing address so they can send me an iContact ‘gift’. I’m hoping it’s something really nice but will be quite content with a t-shirt to go with my Typepad one…at this rate, I won’t ever need to buy a new t-shirt ever again.
Not satisfied with that, I then got a phone call from one of their team thanking me again, asking if I needed any help with anything and offering to do it for me if I did – and then asking if they can use my review as a testimonial, which of course I’m happy with in exchange for a link back.
Good work guys, keep it up – and I’ll most definitely be recommending iContact to my clients in the future.
